What Causes Urine Leakage?

Hello,I have experience since the past 4 years that i get some urine drops even after i finished urinating, since then i have weakness which is clearly evident from my eyes, they always red and weak, pain in my knees etc. my life has become a burden on me since past 4 years please help. it all started when i had a serious constipation problem but constipation is almost gone but this thing does nt go.

Hi,when patients come to my clinic with similar compaints as asked in this condition I ask them some queries .
1. gender and age
2. Any other medical condition patient suffering.
3. Urine leak is associated with coughing, straining or weight lifting.
4. Is there any urgency in urine means rushing to rest room and unability to hold urine.
5.Any surgical history.
