What Causes Uterus Pain And Muscle Spasms, Stomach Bloating, Nausea, Vomit?
For the past week i have been having tiny pains in my uterus and i keep feeling muscle spasms as well and i can tell its my uterus. i have also been having watery periods and it is a very light pink. my belly is rock hard and the muscles are sore. i have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend for 5 years and never once got pregnant. i was also just diagnosed with HPV but i don t know if i should go to my doctor. i am kind of embarassed if i am not pregnant. my stomach is so bloated and i haven t had much of an appetite and after i eat i am nauseated and feel like i want to vomit.

Hi,
This features can be due a local infection with gastritis. An ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required along with thyroid profile test, start pantoprazole course for 10 days.
