What Causes Vaginal Area And Lower Back Pain?
hello doctor. my vaginal area hurts and so does the lower part of my back. My vaginal area feels a stinging burning sensation. I am not sexually active. I am 52 years old. I have a history of urinary tract, bladder and have had a kidney infection. I urinate a lot in the morning especially if laying down. some of this pain feels like cramps and I used a soap that my lower parts does not agree with too. please give me some advice. i am taking levaquin 500mg.

If you did a urine culture and sensitivity and start appropriate antibiotics can expect relief. Doing an ultrasound pelvis can help diagnose other issues related to pelvic inflammatory disease.
