What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramps?

Last month I missed my period and in this month when it was close date of period my pain started first 3/4 days just spotting but after that the bleeding was too much.it was thicker bleeding along with blood.I did not check either I was pregnant or not

Hello,

This time more bleeding and pain abdomen may be because of abortion or because of delayed periods. You do a urine pregnancy test if it comes positive it is due to abortion.

If your urine pregnancy test is negative don’t worry bleeding will stop after some days.
