What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Bloating After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hi doctor . I am n 18 year old girl and i had unprotected sex 2 months ago and i bleed last month a week before my period .it came on the 20 th . i thought it was my period . This month , i am bleeding again and it came on the 21st . i notice that my belly has swollen/ gotten bigger about 3 inches on my waist line and i have syntoms such as excess spiiting, my belly hurts increased heartbeat,fatigue , frequent peeing and white mucus coming out of my vagina . I noticed it earlier this month and i thought it was a yeast infection so i bought medication for it .After using the medication i realised that the white mucus was still coming outof me . On the 21 of this month , i started bleeding again but it was light in colour . there are blood clots and now its kinda heavy . Can you help me ? Am i pregnant ? I am really worried

Hello,

You had unprotected sex. You were not on regular contraceptive pills and you did not take any emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hour and now you are having frequent peeing with white mucus discharge from the vagina. Your belly looks swollen and bigger. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done.

Get urine test and blood tests for pregnancy done if required and get Imaging test, USG (Uterus) done to detect the gestational age of fetus if pregnant or any other pathology that is causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly. Avoid stress and anxiety. Stay well fed. You can take antacids for relieve from bloating. Stay away from addictions if any. Stay hydrated and take adequate rest. Avoid sex for a couple of days.
