What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

I am 27 years old, woman, I already have 3 year old son. Ive noticed 2 times already that whenever we have lovemaking with my husband, theres blood coming out. I thought i had my menstraution but after lovemaking,the bleed stops also. It is only during intercourse.

there could be many reasons for this like:

1. minor injuries during coitus
2. cervical infection
3. cervical polyps like benign conditions or cysts

a gynecological examination and a PAP test is recommended
