What Causes Vaginal Brown Discharge After Depo Shots?

I am on the depo shot since dec 26th 2013 , I haven't receive my period since december 16 . Yesterday I have seen red/brown dark discharge , which I thought I receieved my period . But my partner that I have intercourse with he ejaculated in me 2 times .but I took a pregnancy today , it said it was neg . Do you think I am pregrant . ? & I should take another test ? Can you also explain what the brown discharge is ...

Depoprovera injections are commonly associated with a decrease menstruation, in many women, there is no period at all while they are using this form of contraception.

Pregnancy tests are usually very accurate in detecting pregnancy once done 11 to 14 days after likely conception. If this was done appropriately then it likely accurate and you are unlikely pregnant.
