What Causes Vaginal Burning?

I vEe been having to urinate about 8 times a night for 8 nights with a lot of burning in the vaginal area. Dr. says my vagina may be dry,causing the problem. Then last night I was unable to completely empty my bladder. I m drinking water to try to stimulate urination with some success, but not enough. I m 87 years old. Hello,

It could be due to infective causes like yeast.

Consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab done.

As of now, you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
