What Causes Vaginal Cluster Lumps With Odor And Discharge After Abortion?

okay so back in april i thought that i had a yeast infection so went to the dr and it turned out i was pregnant. I decided to terminate the pregnancy (all the while having a yeast infection) after the termination i bled for about two weeks so the symptoms werent there. After the bleeding stopped I had slight symptoms still. They came back full force and now I have notice little clusters of reddish bumps on the opening of my vagina as well as one on my clitoris, this is accompanied by a weird smell and thick white discharge. I treated with otc yeast medication, and the symptoms went away for about a week then came back, the bumps are still there and never went away
