What Causes Vaginal Discharge For Months?

hi, i have been having virginal discharge for about six months now. i haven't had sex since 18months. i have taken antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin with +ve results, the discharge continued. i dont ever experience menstrual pain but may menses now comes for just three days instead of the normal 5days i used tohave before the discharge started.i went for an HVS and a urine culture and the resultwas moderate growth of klebsiella which has resistance to septrin and levofloxaxin. pls what do i do
