Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to the HCM

The likely cause for such pains may be a urinary tract infection or a local fungal infection. I would recommend you to get her urine routine and microscopic examination along with culture done. In the mean while you may start her on Citralka syrup.
In case, she has any signs of local fungal infection, then clotrimazole lotion may be used for relief. Maintain good local hygiene.

You may post her reports for my reference so that I may guide you with the most definitive therapy.

Take care
