What Causes Vaginal Pain With Lumps And Itching?

My 4 yr old complained that her vagina hurt. When she showed it to me, it looked a little pink above her vagina and right between her lips, it looked as though the skin was coming off. I used a wipe up to see if it would come off, but it didn t I put balmex. 3 days later I look again after her bath and I noticed that she has red bumps around her vagina. She said its a little itchy. could this be from not wiping herself well after she uses the potty? Please help!!!

Hi,

by what you say I feel that it could be worm infestation and unrelated to the pink bump, please. You may use OTC Albendazole at 400mg one dose today and another after 10 days, please.
