What Causes Vaginal Soreness With Spots After Intercourse?

I recently had sex two nights ago and noticed that my vagina was a bit soar from it...a litttle too soar actually...so i check out my vagina in a mirror and noticed lillte white spots inside my vagina and on my clittoris. I even went as far as seeing if they rub off. I was able to rub them off ( the felt like little clumps of cottage cheese)... this still worries me. what could this possibly be?
