What Causes Vaginal Spotting 4 Weeks Post Hysterectomy?
Light vaginal spotting 4 weeks post lap total hysterectomy (ovaries, tubes, cervix, uterus). Was pale pink, every other day. Few drops on pantyliner. Today I saw red but scant. No foul odor, fever or cramping. Preparing for an overseas flight tomorrow. Should I be concerned?

Hi,
It is better to get a gynecologist checkup before the journey. The uterus is removed via the vagina and there can be stitches inside. So make sure that no bleeding from that site.
