What Causes Vaginal Spotting, Abdominal Cramps And Constant Urination?

Hi doctor im worrie i wanted to know if im pregnant after i took the next day pill 3 hours after i had sex that was on the 5 of june and on the june 10 i had spotting for 3 days and felt tired... and i have have been urinating very constantly and cramps on the left side of my lower belly.. i dont know what is going on im just really worrie ..

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Your symptoms of constant urination with cramps on left side of your lower belly are indicating urinary tract infection (UTI). Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound are recommended to run further.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- increase fluids intake especially plain water
- take cranberry supplements
- take mephenamic acid for the pain

As you've been spotting on June 10 after having unprotected sex on June 5, then, there is no chance for pregnancy.
