What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Norethisterone?

Hello, I took Norithestrone between April 6-13th once a day. I still spotted april 7th and 8th I was told I would start a few days after stopping the pill which was the 13th. It is now May 4rth and I still have not had a period. I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. Could i have changed my period date , or is there a chance I could be pregnant? We ve been trying to conceive for a few months now.

conversion of endometrium from proliferative to secretory phase
@ There are no chances of pregnancy when on norethisterone as it has
negative feedback inhibition of pitutary gonadotropin , preventing
ovulation
