Hallow Dear,

Plan B pills have following after effects:

1. Few days after the pills, there is some amount of withdrawal bleeding. Usually it lasts for few days. The bleeding you are considering as period was this type of bleeding. It does not require any medical attention.

2. The periods following the Plan B pills is usually delayed by about a week or so.

Sometimes on the day of ovulation, there is some bleeding which may be mixed with mucous and may be associated with some pain. So you need not worry for this ovulation bleeding too.

I hope this helps you to shirk off the stress.
