General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Slight spotting is quite common with hormonal preparations including Duphaston. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
