What Causes Vertical Blue Black Line Around The Eyes After A Forehead Injury?

hi, my 3.5 years old daughter felt down and got swollen on her right forehead. After 3 days, i found out both her outer part of her eyes (teardrop part) got blue black, look like a vertical blue black line. Is it because of the swollen forehead? will it disappear? what should we do? thanks

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The blue black line around the eyes can be because of the ecchymosis or hematoma secondary to soft tissue injury or fractured bone. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph like PA view and PNS view to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed we can treat accordingly.
