What Causes Vertigo Along With Meniere S Disease?

Hi, I had a bout with vertigo in May, since then I have a very soft mewing sound when I chew something hard, ( I eat about 6 almonds every morning) that is when I hear it. I have been to a ENT and she says she is leaning toward Mieniers disease, and thinks it is from allergeies. All she gave me was a nasal spray to use before I do thinks that I know bother me, like grass mowing. I did have a hearing test and she siad I had hearing loss in my left ear... I have no pain, or other noises... what could be wrong? Thanks,

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the vertigo is due to ear pathology then vertigo is very likely in your case further investigation is must like MRI of brain, vestibular dysfunction could be the cause, it could be due to age, too hope this information helps.
