What Causes Vertigo And Blurrness Of Vision?

My mother had an aneurysm near her pituitary glad. It was coiled 2 1/2 years ago. She has been having some vertigo and her eyes have been bothering her. She seem her eye doctor who prescribed glasses. She also has not had a period in 2 years and thought she was in menopause and recently got it. I wasn't sure if the two would be related since the last time she had it was when she was in the hospital having her aneurysm coiled.
