What Causes Vertigo, Dizziness And Hearing Loss?

have vertigo, dizziness, pressure on skull. and hearing loss, and now I have echo like pings and dings when people speak, and a low humming vibration, like a fan with a loud motor in my head. I already have hearing loss and cholesteomas in my right ear and have had 5 surgeries. but this is my left ear too and worse loss of hearing

Dear since when you're suffering from this problem?? There is a chance of bilateral Cholesteatoma or other possibilities like eustachian tube blockage, Ménière's disease or vestibular neuronitis etc..
