What Causes Vertigo?

Dr., Looks I have vertigo problem ? Previously I had scan for my CT head and was told nothing wrong . Probably the fluid in ears might causing imbalance. Also I feel dizzy when I visit big shopping mall or where aircon is very high. Is that Veritgo or something else ?

hello, thanks for your query, fear of hights( acrophobia ) is anxiety disorder, can be treated with benzodiazepines, vertigo related to ear is a different entity , it should be evaluated by an ent surgeon by different clinical tests. all d best. take care.
