What Causes Vibration On Body After Taking Slimming Pills?

I bought a set of new slimming pills from a slimming specialist in nigeria and have been on it for a week now. Strange how I can feel some sort of vibration all over my body,its hard to describe but can surely feel my flesh twitching or moving. I just noticed that I ve shrunk in size and can feel my bones,it feels like the flesh has separated from the bones.best way I can describe it is like an over cooked chicken. Please advice is it safe to continue?thank u

Hi,

The name and composition of the pills has not been mentioned which makes it difficult to give a detailed explanation. Slimming may cause dehydration since some pills contain diuretic like substances. Duiretics increase salt and water excretion thereby reducing weight by reducing fluid retention.

These drugs may or may not affect the fat collection in the body and can also cause side effects like dehydration, low BP and collapse. Dehydration can also cause electrolyte deficiency which can cause fatigue, muscle weakness, cramps or tremor like symptoms. These drugs should be avoided.Reduce your weight by dietary modification and physical exercise.
