Neurologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have suffered a concussion and are now suffering from the consequences of the traumatic brain injury (TBI). I suggest you make an appointment with a neurologist for full on testing and imaging to assess what is going on in the temporal lobes especially. Hearing voices is not commonly noted as consequence to TBI but everything else you describe is potentially related or caused by such events.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
