What Causes Vomiting After A Fall In A Child?

Hi, our two year old daughter fell of.her bed while sleeping. She did.not land on her head. She pretty much immediately started vomiting and.has been for about 30 mins.with a couple mins in between each bout. Is it just from the shock of the fall?

thanks for you question. I would be concerned that despite the abscence of any evidence of a head injury your daughter did in fact bang her head. if she has vomited more than twice I would take her to the ER.
