What Causes Vomiting After A Hip Surgery?

79 yr female...recent hip surgery. Has been vomiting,somewhat uncoordinated with upper extremities. She has a belief that she is going to die, slurred speech,groggy,disoriented. She had a low blood count, received 2 pints of blood. Please note that these symptoms have nothing to do with pain medication.

For twin like analgesic cause dis orientation.Do hemogram and if required blood is to be given. BP is to be checked regularly.Give proper fluid diet and fruit juice. she should improve slowly. Consult the doctors where hip surgery has been done.
