What Causes Vomiting After Eating Refrigerated Vegetables?

I went out for coffee and a pumpkin filled donut, then ate left over carrots, potatoes and onions for supper and within 20 minutes was throwing up and going to the toilet. Could I have gotten food poisoning from the veggies I ate as I prepared them myself and they were refrigerated and I let them cool on the cupboard before putting them in the fridge?

Hu thanks for asking question.

Noted your symptoms are after taking food.

If vegetables are not wash properly , water used may be contaminated , So source could be anywhere but here it seems food toxin induce gastroenteritis...

Take ofloxacine and ornidazole combination drug.

Drink more water and maintain hydration.

Avoid heavy fatty food ...

Small meal taken with frequent interval.

For few days avoid junk foods and excess spicy food.

Fruit juices taken more with green leafy vegetables.

Avoid excess use of analgesic if you are taking it.

If still increasing symptoms then USG might needed.

I hope your concern solved..

Take care.
