Hi
Welcome to the healthcaremagic
When you start weaning food ( like cerelac in your case ) you should start with small amount ( two spoons ) and then gradually increase to half bowl over 7-8 days.Initially liquid and then gradually solid.Better to start after completion of six months. In your case vomiting is because of overfeeding and improper consistency. No problem with digestion
Happy to help you
Best regards
