HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, vomiting can be managed with symptomatic medicine and it may stop but it is not the case but the underlying cause of vomiting needs to be found out, it may be due to infection (Systemic ) it may be due to GI pathologies, it may be due to CND disease, all this needs several investigations, other functional kind of disease may also cause the vomiting like migraine, stress, all of these requires some investigations, till then you can try Ondansetron in severe vomiting it can be taken by parenteral (Injectable ) route, on empirical basis condition can be managed with Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone once in day for long time say about six weeks keeping in mind a acid peptic disease hope this information helps.
