Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms can be from dehydration and electrolyte disturbance. For few days maintain hydration with lots of water. Take Glucon D or other suitable electrolyte powder with water. As leg swelling is present kidney profile reports, total protein estimation, serum TSH estimation can be done. EKG done to rule out cardiac cause. If legs are very pale and cold than color Doppler advisable.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
