What Causes Vomiting After Taking Food With Abdomen Pain?

I've been unable to hold food down for about 2 months now. Have lost over 30 pounds in this amount of time. If something does stay down my stomach hurts. I also get chest pains and my hands and feet go numb. My current doctor put me on Nexium and said, "see you in 3 months".

The 30 pounds weight loss with persistent vomiting, narrates substantial amount of underlying issue as inflammatory bowel condition, ulcer, gall bladder, liver or other systemic issues.

In our clinic, we recommend immediate work up with upper GI endoscopy, ultrasound, and CT abdomen according to the clinical evaluation, so that the perfect reason is figured out and managed accordingly.
