Hi, I have been eating very healthy: low fat, low carb, low sugar, high prtein, lean meats and vegetables, working out 1-2 hrs a day etc. Yesterday, I had a binge of sorts. I went to a Mexican restaurant with co-workers and I ate a bunch of fatty foods: mexican pizza, quacamole, more cheese, chips, and 2 beers. I ate A LOT of this food. After I got home, I was nautious, my stomach hurt and I just sat on the toilet. It hurt so much I made myself throw up to release the pressure on my stomach. (first time Ive done that) Then I proceeded to poop 4 TIMES! One of three times I pooped (in about 45 min), the normal poop started coming out as a liquid just streaming out. Okay so all of that said, I am wondering what I did to my body. Was the unhealthy, processed and fatty food just too much for my digestive system? Or was it simply that I ate a lot of food that made my stomach hurt so badly? Also, with all that poop- was that just my body disgarding all that processed food because it couldn't handle it or did my body process ALL of that food within two hours after I ate it? I am curious about these answers- if you could answer them thatd be great.. Thank you! (promise not to do it again!!)
