What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea With Pain?

My three year old son has been vomiting and having diarrea for 7 days. At times he is in a lot of pain. Not running a fever as of now. He is not eating but will drink liquids. he has been to the doc and was not severely dehydrated.What could be the problem?

.bacteria
.parasite like Guardia
He needs definitive treatment for these infection. In addition give zinc preparation and prebiotic.Give rice based food,apple,banana, pomogranate. Don't give glucon D and fruit juices.Don't give chana
