General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pain in abdomen, bloody stools, nausea and fever of 2 weeks is indicative of gastroenteritis.
Something coming out of anus can be due to prolapsed piles or rectal prolapse secondary to straining at still.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool and blood tested.
Ultrasonography of whole abdomen.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and to get a course of an atibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, PPI like Omeprazole, antacids and Domperidone.
If there no complete relief go for further evaluation by Colonoscopy and CT scan of whole abdomen.
Consult a General Surgeon for per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy and further management.
I find this answer helpful
