What Causes Vomiting And Headaches With Burps And Chills?

I sometimes wake up with a headache, vomiting every 30 minutes or so that include deep burps, chills, sinuses running, loose bowels & belching. This episode lasts 8 to 10 hours and I am rendered unable to cope during this time. My body seems to be purging itself. I recently went for an abdominal ultrasound & was told that I was excessively gassy. Could this be a symptom of severe gas build up? I also suffer from heartburn but not extreme.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The given symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, acid peptic disease or formation of flatulence which is not the disease but more or less it is the physiological phenomenon.

If I would be a doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with tablet Rabeprazole once in a day. Some time infection may be there so for this tablet doxycycline once in a day for five days can be tried.
