What Causes Vomiting And Loose Bowels After Finishing Sinus Infection Medicines?

I m a35year old female who has been treated for acute sinus infection and throat injection since July 5i received first steroid injection and a z pack.5days later seen again received another steroid shot and put on doxyciline after a week still sick went back to doctor was put on medrol dose pack,firocet with codeine,and omnicef.Just finished medication last night and was up all night vomiting with loose bowels and now have a terrible headache with dizziness and throat and ear pain.What isgoing on should I go to Er

Hi

Don't panic, its just the antibiotic and steroid side effect which is temporarily weighing you down .Take a combination of rabeprazole and sustained release domperidone once daily for 3 days along with an antacid gel
