hello sir my patient name is Mr. Rajendra kumar soni
sir he has a big problem he ill last six years almost he is anything eat and after few time he start bometing and get very pain in ribs we have checked many doctors of physian,neurologist.Psychiatrists and many other doctors but not get any result and improvement in his deasies and body sir please give me responce and solution the patient is Name Rajendra Kumar Soni Age 31 married and father of one child

I really appreciate your concern, if the concern tests are unremarkable as long as the symptoms are vomiting is concern then it may not be the pathology, I would suggest to test the vomiting, certain conditions are there that can not ne detected in any testing like acid peptic disease, psychological or functional symptoms, so I would like to say that PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) can be tried and the best drug is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day it needs to be taken at evening time for 5 weeks, Tab Chlopromazine 10 mg one tablet three times in day, hope this information helps.
