I usually throw up after I eat, or even without eating. It happens a few times a week, and I also start shaking uncontrollably in my hands. The shaking and dizziness can happen without the vomiting but I'm sure there's a connection between the two...what could it be? I am under a lot of stress due to being laid off a few months ago. Could it be panic attacks? Or is the vomiting due to a more serious problem like an infection?
