What Causes Vomiting And Stomach Ache In A Child?

Hi my daughter is five she starting vomiting all day on Friday with stamach pains but no diareha felt ok on Saturday but was very tired woke up yesterday morning started vomiting again all day aswell as cold hand and rosy red cheeks woke up this morning and was fine and now she s has started vomiting again , and has hot red cheeks ?

Only vomiting and fever and rosy red cheeks are suggestive of a viral illness called Exanthem Subitum and this requires clinical evaluation by a pediatrician. But the management might be only symptomatic.
