Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Recurrent vomiting and upper abdominal pain may suggest some problem related to our bowel, especially stomach. If I would have been your treating doctor, after examining abdomen, I would prefer getting an ultrasound abdomen and a surgical opinion accordingly. Kindly discuss with your doctor. Meanwhile, avoid spicy, fried and caffeinated items. Take a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink enough water. These measures will help reduce any gastritis or dyspepsia.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
