What Causes Vomiting, Dizziness And Diarrhea?

My husband fainted a few times this morning. He said he woke up due to him having to vomit, that was the first time he fell, I went rushing in the bathroom he became conscious but went right back out then became conscious again and I was bringing him to the bedroom he fainted again. He refuse to go too the ER because he can t afford insurance. At lunch time he eat soup but told me when he has no straighten in his hands and his knees still feel weak. only symptoms was feeling like vomiting, fainting and diarrhea when he came through
