Hello,

You are suffering from bloating, vomiting, dizziness during periods and also feel like fainting. You get cold sweats and terrible headaches too before and after periods. Commonly dizziness before your period is due to hormonal changes during this phase and may cause dizziness. Some people have pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) that may cause nausea, vomiting, headache and diarrhea. It is due to prostaglandin that circulates during menstruation phase.

Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are changes in blood pressure level, blood glucose level, anemia, stress, etc. You are suggested to take rest, stay away from addictions if any. Take home made balanced nutritious diet rich in protein and minerals (calcium, iron).

Drink plenty of water, soup and juice to maintain the body electrolyte system. If you are sexually active and not on regular CP, the symptoms may be indicative of pregnancy. You should get clinically examined to rule out pregnancy. Get general health check up done, get TC/DC, Hb% done and get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
