What Causes Vomiting, Fever And Low Appetite In A 4 Year Old?

My son (4yrs 8 months old) has been in fever (fluctuating between 100 and 102.5) since last one week. He has been vomiting and has less appetite - have shown doctor and he is on antibiotics since last two days - vomiting has stopped but fever is continueing ever after giving him meftal and crocine every 8 hours...Please suggest what could be the possible cause of this diesease...

Your son is suffering from an infection somewhere in the body.The most common infection associated with vomiting in a child is UTI.As the fever is persisting after 2days of antibiotics, we may have to change the antibiotic.
Kindly get back to your doctor. You may be asked for investigations like blood and urine tests.
Meanwhile take enough fluids and a light diet.
