What Causes Vomiting Followed By Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty?

My son woke up vomiting two hours ago. Now complaining of chest pain and difficulty breathing. He s 7. I originally thought maybe he was just panicking from being sick. Then noticed his eyes were extremely dialated. His breathing becomes shallow and choppy. Then he complains that his chest hurts. He gets tensed up in the shoulder and chest area. Then it subsides and he falls back to sleep. Then he wakes up and it starts over. Still vomiting off and on.
