I was feeling sick earlier and I did vomit and felt better after. I was in kitchen talking to my son and my right hand just cramped and my index finger and thumb just cramped and kind f froze then went back to normal then maybe 2 minutes later it happened again went back to normal and about minute later I threw up again. I feel better now after having gotten sick. I also realized I have not had any water all day just coffee and soda

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, if this is just vomiting and no other symptoms are there like headache, fatigue, fever, no history of hypertension then the vomiting may not be due to the cerebral disease, but it could be due to dyspepsia, twitching of fingers could be nonspecific, general debility could be the cause, if this is the dyspepsia then it may not need any treatment but will come around soon hope this information helps.
