What Causes Vomiting In A Child After Eating A Particular Food Item?

My daughter who is 10 months one day ate lasagna for the first time, she afterwards got a bad stomach ache and projectile vomited. A few weeks later she had spaghetti and the same thing happened. I thought maybe she didnt do good with marinara sauce but then a couple weeks later she had noodles with just melted cheese on it and the same thing happened. She does good with like macaroni and cheese and a couple other noodles. Is she allergic to something? Why is she getting sick like this?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for the query.
This looks to me a case of food intolerance, like gluten, lactose intolerance.
If there is no associated symptoms like hives on the skin, tightness in chest or throat it is less likely to be food allergy.
If problem persists you can see a doctor and proceed with Radioallergosorbent (RAST) Test , allergy test.
Hope i helped you.
