What Causes Vomiting In Children While On Formula Foods?

My 1 year old daughter is still on gentle formula and for the past few days she has thrown up. No fever and she still wants to eat. We have not introduced new food lately. She eats mostly yogurt, string cheese, turkey, peas and carrots, cheerios, and egg whites (hard boiled). We took her to the dr and he said that her lungs and ears are clear. Why would she throw up?
