What Causes Vomiting, Pain In Leg And Head Of A Child?
my 9 year old son as been sick for 2 days now, he is vomitting and he legs ache. Now he says his head hurts too and that he has never felt so throw-up sick in his life. I have tried giving him ramen noodles, crackers, sprite, vanilla ice cream, and just warm water. Everything just comes right back up. Is there anything I can give him to calm his stomache? Or should I take him to prompt care?

Hi,
This is probably a viral illness. Give him Ondansetron 4 mg tablet 2-3 times daily 1 hour before food, give Paracetamol to relieve aches. Let him take bed rest and have enough fluids. He will be fine in 2-3 days. Otherwise, we can evaluate further.
