Hello,

As per the issue happening at night only, that is related to food intake the pattern in dinner causing alteration in stomach pH. We recommend
- Intake of proton pump inhibitor one hour before dinner
- Prefer soft, bland diet at night
- Complete dinner before three hours of sleep
- Keep the head end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees when resting
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
Later on, may require further evaluation radiologically according to the
clinical progress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
